The Story

The powerhouse
behind the voice.

Adena Ajayi
i.Chapter One — The Voice

Music was her first love.

Adena Ajayi has been performing since elementary school,
singing in talent shows and county events across her hometown.
Long before it became her latest act, music was the through-line of
her life; a voice that never stopped waiting for its moment.

ii.Chapter Two — The Marketer

She learned how to move culture.

Adena built a career in marketing, first as a marketing director in the entertainment industry at Arista Records,
working alongside artists like Guy, Hall & Oates, and Barry Manilow.

She then crossed industries to become a medical marketing manager for Bristol Myers Squibb in New York.
Two worlds, one instinct: how to build a brand, and how to move culture.

iii.Chapter Three — The Builder

She built an empire.

Twenty-two years ago, Adena moved to Orlando with her husband, Dr. Akinyemi Ajayi, with a bold goal: to build a world-class pediatric practice.

Together they grew The Children's Lung, Asthma and Sleep Specialists to serve children across Florida, from West Palm Beach to Jacksonville, Tallahassee to Tampa. Today she is Vice President and CEO of Ajayi Healthcare.

Along the way, she raised three daughters — one a physician, two attorneys.

iv.Chapter Four — The Return

Full circle to her first love.

Having built an empire, Adena came full circle. Her debut single "Aura," a vibrant fusion of Afrobeats, R&B, and pop, is streaming on every platform and drew nearly half a million streams in its first two weeks.

She is a Roc Nation Distribution artist, with worldwide distribution through Roc Nation, and a fan-favorite guest on Bravo's Below Deck Mediterranean.

She proves it is never too late to chase your dream.

v.The Message
"We go through so many ups and downs. It's up to you to decide how you are seen and what sort of vibes you put out.
Be positive and let your aura shine."
